Type of accommodation
There are three types of accommodation
A. Rent only students
It is the most common and most requested rent by university students. It consists of only students living on the floor
B. Rent of room in family
The owner has one or more rooms in the house where he lives.
Students who prefer this modality, are looking for a more familiar environment or practice the language with a Spanish family.
In these cases each case has its peculiarity and price. Possibility of breakfast and dinner included in the price or right to use the kitchen but without food included (that is, have your shelf in the refrigerator and can to use kitchen).
C. Solidarity rental
It is a rent, which the room has a lower price, in exchange for help.
Those people who have small children and need some help to take care of them (baby sitter style), which in many occasions can also collaborate to teach their language.
Solidarity rent is also offered by elderly or sick people in need of some NO specialized physical help. For example, people who need someone to make the purchase, or who help them walk the street, or simply make him a little company.
In any case the student pays a lower price for the room.
