Booking, contract and discounts

If you have chosen the room, you can reserve it 15 days in advance, you only need your identification and deposit the guaranty.
Deposit is the equivalent of one monthly payment of the contracted room.
The deposit can be made by bank transfer or in cash at the office. The deposit will be returned at the 
end of the stay of the student, checking the payments and housing.
If the student pays for the bank transfer, the commission of the transfer is at his charge. If, by mistake, the Bank has charged a HABUNI commission, the student must complete the amount of the bond at the time of signing the contract.
